We don’t run with the rest of the herd just like Eagles don’t fly in flocks.
We are looking for people that have clear eyed vision and can soar above others. We will bring best of breed solutions to market, and we will never try to fit a square peg in a round circle. We exit from opportunities that aren’t right for us based upon customer / partner fit, attitude technology and timing. We don’t waste time and ask ourselves at every interaction, “Is it right for the customer? Is it right for us? Is it legal and ethical? Would I do this if this was my business?”
Business is moving at light speed and Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Security are changing the landscape. We work with a sense of urgency in all that we do. We work remotely and appreciate and promote a balanced lifestyle and our family always comes first, but we never take advantage of that.
And we are a start-up, not a fortune 500 company and therefore the skillsets needed are not the same as those who are good corporate employees. Free thinkers who believe in rugged individualism, disruptive entrepreneurs who know they may have a million different hats to wear without complaining are who we are looking for. We are bootstrapping this entity, and the competition is fierce. We will work smarter, not harder to win.

As a cornerstone of the original ROLM, we will adhere to the same principles of the ROLM Philosophies in a SAAS/Cloud century.
Currently we are not hiring, however, if you are a ROLM, IBM or Siemens Alumni, have worked previously at a start-up, currently employed or retired and you are considering part-time or full-time work, we encourage you to apply.
In the not-too-distant future we will be adding a sales agent program for the solutions we are bringing to market.
